My Symptom List 2015
I started to keep a notebook on my symptoms and logged when I would take meals, as I often skipped them. I also recently added bowel movements and urination. The former is obviously important, but the latter is as well. Since the brain fog started, this will help me see where I am in the day and how I've been doing, because trying to remember will be fruitless.
I experienced a dizzy spell in my sleep while I was on homeopathy/diet. After that, I felt better, but got worse shortly after. The following are all new symptoms as they arrived, when it dawned on me to log them. I will update as often as I can

⦁ congestion between ears
⦁ congestion in upper nasal passage
⦁ post nasal drip
⦁ tongue coated
⦁ funny taste upon waking
⦁ light brain fog
⦁ dizzy spell (just had 1)
⦁ feeling of disconnect
⦁ lethargy
⦁ sleepiness
⦁ stomach gurgling
⦁ stomach, sour sensation
⦁ diaphragm 'feeling full'
⦁ wind/gas
⦁ bloating
⦁ right knee stiffness upon bending all the way, partial bend ok

⦁ left big toenail - sharp stabbing pain all day ranged from 1-6

⦁ pain in left index finger knuckle area (not RSI!)
⦁ small bumps at the base of my skull, behind left ear.

⦁ sharp, muffled pain traveling through intestines, not relieved through bowel movement; pain while having BM
⦁ constant runny nose

⦁ left shoulder aches
⦁ painful tail bone (all day)
⦁ painful leg socket (seriously?)
⦁ painful sit bones
⦁ pelvic prolapse pain/sensation
⦁ left kidney aching and feeling strangely warm
⦁ red itchy bump on sole of right foot

⦁ red itchy bump on knuckle of index finger on the right hand (looks like a bug bite; normal anti-bug bite stuff has no effect)
⦁ sharp pain in right lower back (kidney); short duration

⦁ red itchy bump on inner calf of left leg
⦁ red spot under right eye (hope this wont itch, too)
⦁ red spot 1 inch under right corner of mouth (colon area on Chinese face map)
⦁ blister on lower lip
