Getting Back in the Protocol

So I'm slowly getting back on Bill's protocol, which I felt was more effective for me than the CanXida was. However, there is clearly an adjustment period. I remember taking weeks to customize Bill's protocol for myself due to all the different symptoms that show up. At my best, I was taking 24-30 drops of iodine a day, and when I started again 3 days ago, doing 16 a day was a bit much for me. Today I've only done 8 so far, and I may stop there for now.

I'm trying out the example in Bill's book as far as scheduling goes. I find there are some contraditions within this example and Bill's recommended dosages, especially between the borax and lugol's iodine.

Problem : Low Stomach Acid

Another issue is that my digestion was getting better while I was off protocol, but getting back on it, I have apparently returned to getting drowsy after eating. I had lunch 2 hours ago followed with vitamins as usual, but I got sleepy shortly after. Now I can barely see the screen to type. My tummy feels very heavy and I could easily have a nap, except I don't like napping while I feel so full. Maybe I should reduce my intake since the drinks also add to the feeling of fullness? I wonder if the drinks also dilute what little stomach acid I do have?

Solution :

I may have to resort to troubleshooting this with 1T Organic Apple Cider VInegar with the mother in 1c water (Need to double check the water ratio, again. It's either 1c or 1 glass). Take this 15m before meals, I think. I'll also shrink my plate stacking. I need to be careful though; too little and I get cramps from not enough food.

I know I can always buy HCL, but being the broke chick that I am, I already have AVC on hand and I buy the stuff regularly enough. Also, I want to minimize pill intake. I feel like a walking pharmaceutical. I may have some OACV now and just put the rest of the protocol on hold till I feel better. It's silly to force so much on my system after being off the protocol for so long.

Don't worry, CanXida. I haven't forgotten about you. I just want to write my review on you when I'm not teetering off my chair.
