When I kill candida and detox, a lot of symptoms arise and I find myself chasing after them to relieve the suffering, but this starts to get costly in the long run when I dont treat the issue, which isn't just killing candida. It's primarily repairing the damaged gut lining and reducing inflammation. Otherwise, like the past few years, candida just keeps coming at me. To put it in MMORPG terms, with my defensive wall down (gut lining), candida would just keep rushing or 'zerging' into my fortress. So I have to repair the wall while also killing the minions. That makes sense, right? At least it does in my head. So that's my approach this year.

No more chasing symptoms. I'll do what I can, but my focus will be on probiotics and repairing the gut wall via bone broth. The challenge is finding collagen, but its better to start now than wait. Do what we can till reinforcements (collagen) arrives. :D

Sorry. I miss gaming, so my mind is thinking in those terms right now. :)

Info

The contents of this journal is not intended as a cure or medical advice. I am no medical professional. I'm just a broke sick person trying to find a way to live.

Everyone who has candida has their own custom journey. This isn't really a guide or tutorial to anything. It's more like a narrative in my head to remind myself what I went through, what I've tried, where I've failed, and if I'm lucky, what has worked. The brain fog is real, and anything that can help me think things out or process thought is welcome. Like everyone else who has been conscripted by candida, I just want to get better and get outta here.
