Resource : Bill's Anti-Candida Protocol

Just for a quick reference, Bill Thompson's Anti-Candida Protocol is from his book "CANDIDA : Killing So Sweetly". It's a good book, but the updated protocol is on a Google document, which can be found here. If you would like more information or possibly some advice from the author, you can find Bill at Earth Clinic, specifically at his main article page, How to Cure Candida. That entire website is a wealth of knowledge. If you like the place, they could use some help with funding.

Log : Day of Rest

I'm still trying to work out my protocol for the week. I'm starting with a loose guide and seeing what my body can take before I jot it down as a permanent part of schedule.

If anyone out there is following along, so far I've planned :

Sunday - rest from all protocols
Monday - gum turpentine + honey
Tuesday - castor oil + gum turpentine
Wednesday - borax water
Thursday - castor oil + gum turpentine
Friday  - borax water
Saturday - castor oil + gum turpentine
